Series One: The Choice of the Soul
Awake, for the mystery is revealed: before descending into the material
plain, every soul chooses its garment. Some choose strength, others frailty.
Some choose wealth, others poverty. And some choose disability—not as
punishment, but as a sacred tool for their mission. Parents are not victims of
chance; they are chosen participants in this divine covenant. Together, parent
and child walk the path of compassion, service, and love.
Christ declared: “Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that
the works of God should be made manifest in him” (John 9:3). Disability is not
a curse but a canvas upon which divine glory is painted.
The DISABILITY COMPASSION OUTREACH of CCF proclaims: this
truth must inspire advocacy, inclusivity, accessibility, and empowerment. We
call on international NGOs, government agencies,
and civil society to partner with us in transforming this
sacred choice into a life of dignity and opportunity for PWDs.
